- Return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must not be used, washed, damaged, or altered.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

- Change of mind after using the product
- Items returned after the return period has passed
Return Shipping
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Minhaj Bags will guide you regarding the return process. If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, return shipping charges may be paid by the customer.
Refund Process
